By accessing our website and/or purchasing something from us, whether it be a Zero Waste Box or another product for sale on our website, you are participating in our "Service" and agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service".), "Terms", "Terms and Conditions"), including the additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or provided by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including, but not limited to, browser users, customers, merchants and/or content contributors.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our Website. By accessing or using any portion of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the site or use any of the services. Part 1 - Requirements for shopping with us
To shop with us you need to:

Part 2 - How to place an order
- select the products you wish to purchase
- select the desired quantity

- check your order and add a discount code (if applicable)
- Click "Proceed to checkout".
- Enter your shipping address.
- Click "Save and Continue"
- Enter your payment details
- double check your details and click "Complete Purchase".
When you place your order, you should receive an email confirmation that the order has been received.
We will only accept your order (and then enter into a contract in accordance with these terms) once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. If there is a problem with an order, we will contact you.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the number of purchases per person, per business, per household or per order. These limits may include orders placed by the same customer account, under the same credit card, and/or using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card number and expiration date, so that we may complete your transaction and contact you as needed.
All orders are shipped within 48 - 72 business hours unless the customer is notified otherwise upon receipt of the order.
Section 3 - Prices and Product Descriptions
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or termination of the Services.
If we discover an error in any item (price or description) you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or canceling it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and payment has been made, we will issue a full refund.
Prices include VAT (where applicable).
Part 4 - Delivery
Delivery usually takes up to 5 working days after the order has been completed.
We do our best to meet all delivery times but sometimes delays can occur, for example due to postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather, holiday seasons. We will keep you as up to date as possible and you should be able to track the progress of your package.
Section 5 - Returns and Refunds
Before making any return, you should first send us a written request for a refund to

We will respond to your request within three business days. Upon our approval (which may not be unreasonably withheld), you may proceed with the return.
If you return an item within 14 days of receiving it and request a refund, we will give you a full refund via the original method of payment.
We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
We will not accept returns of unwanted items after the relevant return period stated above unless we have agreed to do so in our sole discretion. If you attempt to return an item after the relevant returns period and we do not agree, we may have to return it to you and ask you to bear the shipping costs.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaged where possible.
If an item is delivered with any defects or faults, you may request a free full refund within 30 days of delivery. After this period, you may request that the product be repaired or replaced for any defects or faults at the time of delivery. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Section 6 - Reasonable Use
If we discover a pattern of unusual returns activity that we believe is suspicious, then we may have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you believe we have made a mistake, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

We will do our best to avoid this, but if a promotion is not working properly because someone or something is suspicious, such as fraud, tampering, technical error or any other factor beyond our control that affects the conduct or fairness of the promotion, we may cancel, modify or suspend the promotion at our sole discretion.
